Strandvik is a fantastic place to be, you live in a house which has a terrific view. The coast of the Mönsterås bay is only
20 m away! In the living area of Strandvik there is place for up to 6 persons to have their holiday in a great living room, 3 nice bedrooms and a very fine bathroom.
In the living room there is an open fire, TV, sofa and a dining place. from both places, sofa and dining table you have sea view. There is a modern kitchen for the self-appointed household with ceramic stove top, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave,dishwasher and coffee machine. If you like to make music by yourselve you can play the old harmonium. Or maybe you prefer to listen to music. In this case you can use radio or cd-player, of course with iPod/ iPhone dockingsstation.
There are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. First bedroom has a double bed, the second one has 2 single beds and the third has a bunk bed. Also two of the bedrooms have sea view!
There is a great bathroom with jacuzzi, wc, shower and washing maschine.
To the house belongs a fantastic terracy with sea view, charcoal grill, and garden furniture.

Holmsvik is a cosy accommodation only 100 m from the sea. On two sides the house is surrounded by forest and you have a snatch of sea view!
In the living area there is place for up to 5 persons to have their holiday here. Living room, dining place and kitchen in a open plan, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with wc and shower.
Holmsvik is bordering on a little oneway road, which ends down by the bay. And there you will find the boats bridge with your own rowing boat.
If you would like to, you can go fishing, it's free here in the Baltic sea! Or you only explore the extraordinary archipelago area.
The living room with open fire has sofa and TV. Do you like music? Just play the old harmonium or listen to music with cd-Player or on the radio. There is a dining place and a complete and modern kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee mashine.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. You can use an additional bed which is hidden under the bunk bed.
The bathroom with wc and shower was renovated in 2012.
To Holmsvik belong 2 terraces, one in south-west and one in north-east both with garden furniture. There is a charcoal grill too for nice barbecues.

Good to know:
In both houses there is TV but unfortunately only with german programme. But you can take some DVD's with you, player is certainly there.

Final cleanup you can do by yourselves or, if you would like to, you can book it. It cost's for Strandvik 139,- € or for Holmsvik 95,- €.
Surroundings and leisure time tips:
Good shopping facilities you'll find in Mönsterås with nice little shops, supermarkets ICA or Konsum, restaurants, café, banks, post-office and petrol station.
For day trips, the following destinations or attractions amongst others can be recommended: Kalmar, Kingdom of Crystal, Astrid Lindgren's world and the summer island "Öland" with Solliden castle.
Near to Nydala there is the terrific "Mönsterås kustvägen", a road along the waterfront. For a fantastic coffee break try "Café Förlig Wind" in little Pataholm!
In Mönsterås you can rent boats or kanoos in Oknö. For more information please contact the tourist information in the harbour of Mönsterås.
